- When Can You Cancel?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched. After the order is packed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- How to Cancel?
To request a cancellation, contact our team via WhatsApp or email immediately with your order details.
- Refund on Cancellation
If the order is successfully cancelled, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
- Non-Cancellable Items
Orders for high-demand, festival packs, or customized combo kits may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
