1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The package was unsealed or tampered

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photos or videos of the issue.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened packs, used items, or products returned beyond the complaint window cannot be accepted. Returns are also not applicable for taste preferences or minor texture variations.

  1. Delivery Charges Are Non-Refundable

In all return cases, shipping or delivery charges paid during the original order will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and complaint. Once verified, a return pickup or replacement will be arranged if applicable.

  1. Refund Timeline

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after return approval.
