We currently offer doorstep delivery across India, including metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 towns.
- Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery may take 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may require extra time.
- Tracking Information
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. You can monitor the delivery in real-time.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned clearly at checkout before payment. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery offers during promotions.
- Failed Deliveries
If the customer is not available to receive the order or if an incorrect delivery address is provided, the courier may attempt redelivery. Repeated failures may result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.
