1. Product Quality, Composition & Description
Kartikey Foods is committed to delivering products that reflect traditional Indian values, local recipes, and natural ingredient quality. Products like Kal Tikhat (Black Masala) and upcoming items such as Shenga Ladu are handcrafted using regional methods and carefully sourced ingredients.
While we strive to ensure product descriptions, images, nutritional data, and packaging details are accurate and updated, minor variations may occur in:
- Texture
- Aroma
- Color
- Packaging finish
- Batch-based output (due to natural ingredients)
Such variations do not imply a defect or compromise in quality unless otherwise proven.
Kartikey Foods reserves the right to change product specifications, ingredients, or packaging without prior notice to ensure freshness, compliance, or innovation.
2. Order Placement, Acceptance & Rejection
An order placed through our website, mobile platforms, or affiliated channels is considered an offer to purchase, which becomes a binding agreement only upon our confirmation.
Kartikey Foods reserves the absolute right to:
- Accept or reject any order without assigning a reason
- Limit order quantity based on availability or internal policies
- Cancel any confirmed order in the event of pricing discrepancies, incorrect stock data, or suspected misuse
In case of cancellation by us after payment, a full refund will be processed to the customer within 7–10 working days.
3. Pricing, Taxation & Payment
All product prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST (Goods & Services Tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Kartikey Foods reserves the right to:
- Update pricing at any time without prior notice
- Offer time-based or product-based promotional discounts
- Cancel or reverse orders placed under mispriced conditions caused due to technical or human error
Payments must be completed using the available and secure payment gateways integrated into the website. Accepted modes include:

- Credit/Debit Cards
- Wallets and Payment Links (where applicable)
Failure to complete payment within a specified window may result in automatic cancellation.
4. Usage, Shelf Life & Storage Responsibilities
Each product offered by Kartikey Foods is labeled with appropriate manufacture date, best-before period, and storage instructions as per FSSAI regulations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

- Store the product in a cool, dry, airtight environment away from direct sunlight

Kartikey Foods will not be held liable for:
- Product spoilage due to poor storage practices
- Loss of aroma or flavor due to exposure post-purchase
- Allergic reactions not disclosed by the consumer, although all key ingredients are mentioned on the label

- Brand logos, slogans, packaging designs
- Website images, videos, and written material
